Miss Grief. - Me Young Hong

The interesting part in this story is where he talks about himself and somehow compares him with Miss Grief in the beginning part of the story. He describes himself as "young, well and strong, passably good looking with some money that one has interited..." (p.165) whereas he describes Miss Grief as "... a lady - but shabby, unattractive and more than middle-aged." (p. 168) I do not think this part gives big impact on this whole story, however, it was interesting for me to compare two characters who are very different from each other.
