Everything we have been reading up till this point was overwhelmingly about white women. I think it is very easy to forget that life is not the same for all women, and the issues of women are not universal. in this passage, race is discussed. The word "package" implies the objectification of black people even in the the way they are thought of by their employers. I found this powerful in showing how much worst it is when not just gender is being used to discriminate.
