During this part of the novel I had much sympathy for Lutie. There was so much going for her during this time and I believe for Lutie and as a mother she started to blame herself for many of the things which were occurring in her life. However I would like to see if things will later get better for Lutie because I do not think she deserve to be through the things which she is going through.
